Shipping policy

Solaro currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Every order is carefully packaged before being handed to our courier. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days.

Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available so that you can follow your parcel.

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order. Solaro cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, take photographs of the packaging and jewellery before opening or disposing of anything.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at solarogioielli@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the courier and locating your parcel.

Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

At this time, Solaro does not offer international delivery.
