Welcome to Solaro. By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the terms below.

Solaro is an independent jewellery brand based in South Africa. We create jewellery inspired by the sun, the ocean and the natural world.

All products, photographs, descriptions, prices and other information on our website are provided as accurately as possible. Because some of our pieces use natural stones, slight differences in colour, texture, markings and appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of each piece and do not mean that your jewellery is defective.

All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change from time to time, but any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and paid for.

When you place an order, you are confirming that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make the purchase. Once your order and payment have been received, you will receive confirmation of your order.

If an item becomes unavailable or there is an error with an order, price or product description, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where necessary, arrange an appropriate refund.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers and is handled according to their own terms and security practices.

We currently deliver within South Africa. Delivery information and estimated delivery times are explained on our Delivery Information page.

We take care when packaging and sending every order, but delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather or incorrect delivery information.

All Solaro photographs, designs, logos, text, graphics and other original content belong to Solaro unless otherwise stated. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without our permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any rights you have under applicable South African consumer law.
